About
The Battle of Olympus is a 1990 NES action-adventure developed by Infinity and published in North America by Broderbund. Heavily inspired by Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, it casts players as Orpheus, journeying across an interconnected ancient Greece drawn from classical mythology to rescue his beloved Helene from the underworld.
Progress is gated by equipment and abilities gathered along the way, with side-scrolling exploration, towns, and boss encounters against mythological figures — an early, atmospheric console Metroidvania.
