Voidwrought

Voidwrought is a cosmic-horror Metroidvania and the debut title from Powersnake, a three-person Swedish studio, published by Kwalee. Set in a hand-drawn world of eldritch gods and biomechanical ruin, players take the role of a newly-born deity ascending toward godhood, battling more than 70 enemies and 10 bosses across dramatically realized locations.

Progress is shaped by crafting and equipping relics that grant new abilities, with the developers citing Super Metroid and the classic Igavania Castlevanias as primary influences over more modern touchstones. It released in October 2024 for PC and Switch, with PlayStation 5 and Xbox versions following.
